Why does returning home always seem to bring a calming presence in my life? I know not everyone has that sort of memory or feelings about home but I do. Whenever I am feeling uptight or frustrated with where I am living, if I go home for only a few days, everything is good.

Interesting concept, but definitely one that is better in the theoretical section. Would only lead to more corporate and rich influence on government decisions, and pretty much legalizes all corruption. Average citizens rights and wishes would all be ignored seeing how they would have less to no stock in the country.
